It’s okay that she has to spend her day off in the restaurant again, says Julia Komp and sits down on the velvet green chair. Oriental lamps hang from the ceiling, the crockery on the laid tables is from Morocco, handcrafted, everything still shines brand new. It smells like coffee while Komp talks – and forgets the time in her Cologne restaurant.
